“I’m very excited and grateful,” says Judy, “that I have

YOU MIGHT WONDER what motivates Judy’s zest for life
that drives her to keep seeking and to not rest on her
laurels for long?
In part it’s due to her curiosity to learn, along with her
positive attitude, that allows her to find solutions to
challenges. In part it’s due to her parents dying at early
ages, and her desire to live as strong as possible for as
long as possible.
WHILE ZIG-ZAGGING THRU LIFE, Judy’s communications
career took interesting twists and turns.
One of the highlights was developing the LOVE acronym as
a part of WHERE ARE MY KEYS?, a workshop she teaches
nationwide to people of all ages. It came about
serendipitously as she was creating programs for a
discussion group for senior adults.
WHILE RESEARCHING MEMORY TIPS, Judy recognized
memory training as the key to mental vitality. She was
hooked. In 1995, she took memory on as a client, and
dug in to study the centuries old memory techniques used
by the ancient and modern memory gurus. Combining her
teaching and public relations expertise, Judy infused her
own insights and techniques into the proven strategies and
created her own fun and easy-to-learn lessons.
EARLIER ON JUDY’S PATH, Judy headed JBM
Communications, a public relations firm, where for over
fifteen years she researched, developed and implemented
positive campaigns for corporations and individuals.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master’s
Degree in the Art of Teaching.
JUDY IS NOT ALL WORK AND NO PLAY. Because she
values living life to the fullest, she enjoys carving out
space for family, friends, community. This includes active
and passive meditation, walking, stretching, hula hoop,
bridge, discussion groups, to name but a few of the ways
Judy connects with the world.
All of these activities are part of her joy and strategy to
live as strong as possible for as long as possible!
